Senior Recruiter/Account Manager
Are you fed up with the traditional way a staffing agency operates? Are you more than your metrics? Are you looking for something different?
We were and that’s why we started Higher Talent; a minority-owned, national Recruiting Consultancy.
We are small but mighty and based off our recent success, we are looking to expand. The environment is not solely focused on daily metrics, booking a minimum number of calls, standard office hours, etc. You are empowered to do what’s needed in order to succeed and deliver. This is a remote position, that starts as 1099 with an industry-crushing commission structure (people say it all the time, but it’s true!) with the goal to convert to a full-time role.

What we’re looking for:
Strong knowledge in your chosen industry (Including but not limited to IT, Software, Electronics, Civil Engineering, etc)
Proven track record of delivery in an agency or consulting environment
A motivated person that’s passionate about talent, recruiting and quality
Drive to succeed in a performance-driven environment with autonomy
Excellent communication skills
Great organizational ability – plan, execute and achieve.
Knowledge of our industry tools (LI Recruiter, Bullhorn, Indeed, etc)
Find and develop new business, requisitions and hiring manager relationships
Source and identify great candidates for open positions, with a focus on quality
Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new leads and opportunities
Maintain diligent data and records
Be a brand ambassador for yourself and the company
